EU Settlement Scheme
URGENT: Deadline is 30th June for those looking to gain Settlement status in UK – applies to children of foreign nationals even if they were born in the UK
All EU/EEA/Swiss nationals and their family members living in the UK must apply to the EU Settlement Scheme for Settled or Pre-Settled status by 30th June 2021. This also applies to children, even if they were born in the UK, unless they hold a British passport. It also applies to those holding a permanent resident card, as this document won’t be valid after 30th June 2021.
