Transition support for young adult carers aged 16-25
Are you a Young Adult Carer aged 16+ thinking about your future and what your options are? Entering adulthood is a time for lots of transitions and it can help to have someone to talk to and help think through your options and choices.
You might be considering further or higher education, employment and volunteering, housing, moving away from your caring role or moving into adult carer services.
If you are, EYC can help you consider your options, get specialist support and advice as well as give you the opportunity to discuss your plans.
