Carers Trust Advisory Board Scotland Vacancies
Carers Trust are advertising for additional members to join their Advisory Board Scotland.
The purpose of the board is to offer strategic support, advice and challenge to Carers Trust. The Advisory Board meet 3-4 times per year (once face to face). They are committed to ensuring a diverse range of voices and experiences on the Board. Through their recruitment process, they aim to increase representation from minoritised ethnic communities and LGBTQIA+ communities.
Carers Trust are now looking to expand the number of members on the board, with skills and experience in:
- Strategic health and social care improvement (e.g. working with or for Health Improvement Scotland, COSLA or HSCP)
- Unpaid carer finance: employment and/or benefits knowledge and experience
- Further and higher education.
- Third sector sustainability
